Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Video Editor based in the Philippines to join our growing content team. In this role, you’ll transform raw footage into engaging, professional-quality videos designed for YouTube, landing pages, and short-form content platforms (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts). The ideal candidate has a strong background in video editing, a sharp creative eye, and a solid grasp of storytelling, pacing, and formatting for digital platforms. You will play a critical role in creating content that connects with global audiences.

Qualification and requirements:

• Edit raw video footage into high-quality, polished content for:
  • YouTube (long-form)
  • Landing page videos
  • Short-form videos (e.g., YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Reels)
• Add captions/subtitles, transitions, sound effects, music, and graphics
• Perform color grading and sound leveling for professional output
• Integrate B-roll footage and visuals to improve storytelling
• Optimize videos for various platforms in terms of format and length
• Collaborate with content creators, marketers, and project leads to align on messaging and tone
• Manage multiple editing projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Take creative feedback and apply revisions promptly and accurately

Non-negotiable skills & requirements:

Candidates must meet all of the following:

• Minimum 2 years of professional video editing experience
• Proficiency in video editing software, such as:
  • Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Final Cut Pro
  • or other same tools and software
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience in:
  • Color grading
  • Subtitling/captioning
  • B-roll footage integration
  • Sound design
  • Video pacing and storytelling
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to meet deadlines
• Able to work independently while maintaining communication with the creative team
• Experience creating content for YouTube, Reels, TikTok, or other short-form video platforms
• Familiarity with YouTube optimization practices, including titles, thumbnails, and retention strategy

Preferred but Not Required

• Ability to edit Spanish-language videos
• Previous experience working with marketing or content teams
