About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Project Administrator / Project Manager / Contract Administrator to join our remote team. You will support Australian clients across construction, maintenance, and service industries with project coordination, contract administration, scheduling, and communication.
This is a 100% work-from-home role, operating on Australian business hours. For the right candidate, there are clear pathways to grow into a senior or leadership position as our division expands.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project and contract administration across multiple jobs and clients
- Prepare and maintain project Gantt charts and timelines
- Prepare estimates and format quotes for client approval
- Send RFQs to suppliers and subcontractors and follow up
- Coordinate and induct contractors, ensuring compliance is met
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and on-site trade managers
- Meet remotely with site teams to update works and track delivery
- Raise purchase orders, track deliveries, and manage basic procurement
- Maintain accurate project files, registers, and documentation
- Use systems such as Procore, AroFlo, Simpro, Urbanise, or BuildPass
- Recommend improvements to streamline workflows and reporting

About You
- Tertiary qualification or degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in project administration, contract administration, or project coordination
- Knowledge of the construction, maintenance, or service industries preferred
- Highly organised with strong communication and time management skills
- Comfortable using cloud-based systems and job management software
- Experience with AroFlo, Simpro, Urbanise, or similar platforms is an advantage
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Estimating and quoting experience is valued
