HR and Admin. Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Sources, recruits, and endorses qualified applicants to the next level interviewer. Reviews job posts and job descriptions. Trains and onboards new hires.
  • Provides assistance in the implementation of talent management programs / learning and development programs. i.e. training needs analysis, sourcing of service providers.
  • Prepares necessary documents and information for approval related to but is not limited to timekeeping and payroll, employee exit, hiring and recruitment.
  • Maintains employee records and manages employee records and ensures confidentiality.
  • Carries out work to facilitate corporate activities, such as general affairs, document preparation and management for company registration (GIS/ AOI/ etc.), and welfare benefits.
  • Plans and executes company events.
  • Manages vendors and payments for the service of office maintenance.
  • Manages office cleaning services provider and General affair service provider.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder in Psychology
  • Has at least seven (7) years extensive background in all facets in human resources
  • Must know how to handle hiring process, employee transfer, labor relations and timekeeping
  • With work related experience in processing of expats’ visa and filing of necessary working permits with DOLE and Bureau of Immigration
  • Full knowledge in the use of Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
  • Can supervise the team and willing to handle administrative duties
  • Willing to oversee the department and takes on the team lead role in the absence of the Manager
  • Expert skills in MS Word, Excel and Power point
