The Role

This is not your typical support role. We’re looking for a smart generalist who thrives on solving problems, improving systems, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You’ll be part of a small, high-performing team where your work directly impacts how we operate and scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Frontline Support: Address customer inquiries and issues with speed, empathy, and precision.
  • Customer Onboarding & Success: Guide new customers, set expectations, and help them navigate our system to maximize their success.
  • Proactive Outreach: Spot opportunities to help customers before they hit roadblocks, including following up on pending actions, troubleshooting proactively, and building relationships.
  • Ownership & Improvement: Own your day-to-day role and help optimize processes and SOPs.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure customer feedback drives improvements.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3 years of experience in operations, customer success, or support, ideally in a startup or high-performing operations role.
  • A natural problem-solver with strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically and independently.
  • Excellent communicator—clear, concise, and confident in both written and verbal formats.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely with autonomy.
  • Detail-oriented with a drive for continuous excellence.
