Job Responsibilities: 

  • Establish trust with clients, listen to and understand their emotional issues and concerns.
  • Conduct emotional assessments for clients, analyze root causes, and develop tailored counseling plans.
  • Provide emotional guidance and counseling services to assist clients in resolving emotional issues and stress.
  • Guide clients in improving emotional management skills and enhancing their sense of well-being.
  • Assist clients in managing various stressors, emotional distress, and interpersonal conflicts.
  • Offer emotional support and advice to clients, helping them adjust their mindset and cope with challenges.
  • Record counseling processes and outcomes, ensuring client information security and confidentiality.
  • Continuously learn and enhance professional skills, staying updated on developments in emotional counseling field.

Job Requirements:

  • For home office: Personal laptop/ desktop, broadband network stability.
  • Educational Requirements: College graduate or undergraduates are welcome to apply.
  • Work experience: 0-3 years of experience, sales or education experience is a plus.
  • Typing speed requirement: 50-80 WPM
  • Counseling Skills: Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills, capable of building effective trust with diverse clients.
  • Emotional Management Skills: Demonstrates emotional stability and mature emotional management ability to address negative emotions expressed by Demonstrates emotional stability and mature emotional management ability to address negative emotions expressed by clients during counseling.
  • Professional Ethics: Upholds professional ethics and responsibility, protecting client privacy and information security.
  • Continuous Learning: Willingness to continuously learn and improve professional skills, participating in relevant training and certification courses.
  • Team Collaboration: Possesses strong team spirit, able to collaborate effectively with operational teams.

Salary range :

  • Training and assessment period comprehensive salary (about 2-3 months) P25000-P45000.
  • Comprehensive salary for 3-6 months of employment: P60,000 and above.

Working hours (night shift):

  • Training Period
    ① Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM, 1:45 PM – 6:45 PM.
    ② Work 5 days a week, with 8 hours of work per day.
  • Non-Training Period
    ① Working Hours: Determined by chosen shift (Shift D: 21:30:00-4:30:00/Shift A: 3:30:00-10:30:00).
    ② Work 6 days a week, with the option to select 1 day as a rest day.
